This policy explains what information ProServices collects through theproservices.in, why we collect it, and how it is handled. In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you and do the work you ask for, and we never sell it.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us — the name, email address and message you enter in the contact form, or any details you send by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data — if website analytics are enabled, standard usage information such as pages viewed and approximate region. We prefer privacy-friendly analytics that do not build advertising profiles.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and understand what you need.
• To provide and support the services you engage us for.
• To improve the website and understand, in aggregate, what is useful.

4. Consent and legal basis

By submitting the contact form or messaging us, you consent to us using your details to respond to you. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; we will then stop using your data and delete it where we are not required to keep it.

5. Sharing and storage

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site and respond to you — for example a form-delivery service that forwards contact-form messages to our inbox, or a website-analytics provider. These providers process data on our behalf. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, including secure channels and, on request, a signed NDA.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of any work carried out, after which it is deleted. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If an analytics provider is enabled, it may use cookies or (preferably) a cookieless method — this will be reflected here if changed. Your browser settings let you block cookies at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:
